My name is Jess Coveley and I am a Pilates Instructor and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with over 15 years’ experience. I have worked with hundreds of individuals and taught thousands of hours of Pilates and feel that I have really found a great way to help people feel better and become healthier both physically and mentally.
