Our Friendly Pink Ribbon Pilates Class is suitable for you if:
• You have had surgery for breast cancer including all types of reconstruction
• Your Surgery was over 6 weeks ago and your surgeon has approved gentle exercise
• You are post Chemotherapy and can lay on the floor and get up
