Physio is available either in my clinic or in the privacy and comfort of your own home.

I use a combination of treatments including: Acupuncture, Dry Needling, Soft Tissue Massage, Trigger Therapy, Manipulation, Muscle Energy Techniques, Cupping Therapy, Therapeutic Ultrasound and Rehabilitation Exercises.

I focus upon teaching people to self-manage their conditions, by teaching them simple rehabilitative exercises.

I am CSP and HPC registered and able to treat clients from most insurance companies.
