What is Pilates?

Pilates enables clients to understand their own bodies and improve their movement and control, with a combination of improved strength, flexibility, posture and mental awareness.

I teach specialist modules in Pilates from Mbodies Training Academy, a Pink Ribbon Post Rehab Programme and Myofascial Release. I have lots of experience in helping people with lower back issues, joint pains and MSK injuries.

My classes are varied and fun, with a contemporary Pilates style that’s suitable for our fast-paced, stressful modern day lives. I cater for all Pilates levels, so please don’t be afraid to join one of my courses; whether you’re an absolute beginner or Pilates convert!
