This has a good combination of hard core work and lovely stretches with the swiss ball to energise and revive you. Your whole body will get a workout especially the shoulders and the core. We focus on breathing to fully oxygenate and improve circulation so great if your feeling lethargic, fatigued and stiff. This is challenging at times but lower level modifications are given if needed.
