This session is all about energy and power. Grab your small ball and prepare yourself.
This class uses the swiss ball to work your legs and glutes to the max. Over the next 20 minutes we target the butt and thighs to shape and strengthen the lower body. Make sure your ball is blown up and get to the mat. This class is suitable for all levels with alternatives for most exercises from beginners to advanced.
