This one is for all the desk jockeys out there! So if your glued to your desk all day or are partial to some social media surfing then your posture might be suffering. This in turn may be leading to stiffness or pain in your neck, upper back or shoulders, so this class aims to mobilise the stiff bits and strengthen postural related weaknesses in the upper back. You will need a long band and a foam roller or soft ball for this. Suitable for all levels.
