Chair Class

This class uses a common dining room chair to give you a fabulous full body workout. The usual pilates exercises are all there but the chair really adds another dimension and some extra intensity. This class is suitable for all and can be modified where needed for any particular issues you may have. Bring a pillow or a cushion if your chair is not padded.
