Mind Over Matter

This is a restorative class to really focus on your mind and how it controls your body. We think about the mind to muscle connection and make sure that we are feeling an exercise in the right place. There is a particular emphasis on the breathing, core and shoulder activation. You will need a block for this class and its great for everyone especially beginners.
