This class is all about the ribcage, its position and the movement and muscles around it. The position of the ribcage impacts the posture, particularly the neck and shoulders. So this class is great if you get upper back/shoulder or neck pain. Plus we work on any middle back stiffness and strengthen the obliques to work the waist. This class is suitable for all and you will need a ball and a band.
