A Long Stretch

Its time for a long slow gentle stretching class. We hold the stretches for longer and really focus on breathing and activating our muscles as we stretch. If your feeling stiff and tight then this one will help, also great after a hard exercise session. You will need a band and a soft blanket if you have one. Great for all levels.
