No crunch abs abs abs

This abdominal class has no crunches but will still make your abdominals burn. Crunching is not optimal if you already have rounded shoulders, osteoporosis or a diastas recti (DR), that has not been strengthened. This class will allow you to work safely whilst still being an excellent core and abs class. It is suitable for all and I offer modifications of needed. Use hand weights if you would like more intensity.
