This is a beginners mobility class for those stiff and tight bodies. You might just be wound tightly or maybe your sore after a workout. This is also great for anyone with an injury or back pain. You will need a foam roller (or roll up a mat), a band and blocks/step/chair for sitting work. Lets loosen those bodies!
