Gentle Fusion Flow

This a class for days when you really don’t feel like it but know you will feel better if you do. Also a great class for beginners or anyone returning after injury or time off. We go through some fundamentals and slowly incorporate them into a gentle flowing class that has some Yoga and Ta Chi moves thrown in. You should feel relaxed and mobile by the end. Bring 2 blocks if you have them to modify exercises where necessary.
